16 December 2014 I had joined article on 17th Oct 2012.
I was infected with maleria so i had not gone to office.
My principle terminated on the ground that i am not joining the office and not told him that i am on leave.
I have completed 1.5 years of articleship
He send hard copy of termination with form no 109 for extention of 6. months
What are option with me.
He send the document on 13 Sept 2014 today. even after 2 months. i have not received any termination letter from institute.

16 December 2014 u meet him n discuss the issue with him im sure he will take u back

16 December 2014 You can join the new firm. Choice is yours.

he said i have done what i had to do
now you do what you whant to do
He.is. not co operating with me

17 December 2014 If you are having copy of form 109, take it to another CA having vacancy and join the new CA.

even form no 109
and it is not signed by me
sir has taken action by himself without knowing me any matter of termination

17 December 2014 Are you in a position to go personally and visit the respective ICAI office where you spring from? If yes... Do it.
This will show your seriousness in doing CA

17 December 2014 Please do it. Please bear it in mind that it is a MUTUAL agreement.
You have unilaterally declined to attend the office. Do not forget to keep MALARIA certificate with you to substantiate your claim of NOT intimating your PRINCIPAL, in this era of MOBILE.

but he allowed me max 15 days leave even though i was not feeling well
