 SUGGEST THAT REFUND FOR TDS CAN BE CLAIMED IF EXCEESS PAID DUE TO MISTAKE OF Rs 7 LACS, U/s 195.
AS CIRCULAR DATED 27-04-2011 , DOESN'T
APPLICABLE FOR SEC 195.
