 HI, Is newspaper is liable to deduct TDS on payment to news agencies ..if yes then under which section

 YES..TDS IS TO BE DEDUCTED
U/S 194C..TDS ON CONTRACTOR.
RATE 2% IN CASE OF FIRM & CO
OTHER CASE 1%
