TDS ON INSURANCE COMMISSION

03 September 2010 One of my client is Aviva Insurance agent. Total Commission received during the year is Rs.2,50,000-. The company has deducted Income tax TDS @ 10 and in addition to that Service Tax TDS of 10.3 was deducted. My client is not doing any other services. Is there any way to get back of service tax component from Service Tax Dapartment?
