Dear Experts,
My query is –
“Can an assessee claim the credit of TDS, even if he does not have the relevant TDS Certificate, merely on the basis of entry in the Form 26AS?”
Thanking You in anticipation.
Yours Truly,
Mayur Gadhia

If the amount is visible in form 26AS, you should insist the deductor for form 16 or 16A as the case may be.
