ST 38 Challan Inward is required for importing a material valuing more than Rs. 25000/- in State of Haryana by a registered dealer and similary ST 38 outward is required for sending material. My question is if a registered dealer is sending a material valuing above minimum limt to a registered dealer in another district in Haryana, along with ST 38 Challan Outward is the Challan Inward from Purchaser is also required or not?
