Dear Expert, I have deduct short tds in AY 12-13of director this month i calculate his working of last year than his tds is deducted Shortly in last year(10500 is deducted but actual 12300=1800 Rs tds short)so i deducte last year tds in this month or when director file his return than he paid tax pls explain about this matter Thanx
