09 June 2012 I M MENTIONING FATHERS OR HUSBUND NAME IN SHORT FOR IT RETURNS....WHETHER WILL BE THERE ANY PROBLEM IN GETTING REFUND IN BANK....?

09 June 2012 Also Sir Plz tell me if Name in IT Return is completly different than what is as on PAN....then there will be any problem since PAN Name is RAJESH RAMCHANDRA DHOLE while Bank Name is VIJAY KUMAR & we have filled name in ITR as VIJAY KUMAR...?
Since this is case of refund what will b consequences...?

09 June 2012 you should write the name as per PAN and should not consider the Bank name.

No need to worry. If the PAN is quoted right, any mistake in name wont matter. wait for 30-40 days you will be intimated by your registered mail for any type of mis match.

or its better to contact the corresponding ward income tax officer

09 June 2012 Hi,

Your return will be processed as per the name coming in the income tax database as coming in your pan card and refund will be issued in the same name which is coming on the pan card.

You must have bank account in the same name as coming in the pan card.
