25 August 2016 CLIENT provides SERVICE TO DIST TV INDIA LTD by way of Setting Digicom and setbox at customers home for this My client receive commission 1156421 us 194H tds is also deducted whearther its required To pay service tax if yes there is any abatment for finacilal year 2015-16??? 26 August 2016 If this be the first year commission exceed 10 lacs then, service tax payable on amount exceeding 10 lacs i.e. 156421.
