Dear Team,
Greeting for the day!
Pleas give me the basic information on services tax and TDS.
If suppose the advocate is giving services to financial consultant firm,will he hit by the services tax or exempted out of it.
We have to pay full invoice amount for his service and need to pay ST to the govt.and how about TDS.
Want to know the detailed information on services tax and TDS for what services we need to charge and list of exemption.
kindly let me know the information in detail,want more clarify on this and learn more.
