 in budget 2012 sec 44Ad was amened with restropect from 01-04-2011
is ammended come wef 2102-2013 AY or 2011-2012AY
as some of assessee filed the return on 31-07-2011 or 30-09-2011

 Yes, You are right.
But amended provision applicable from 2012-13.

It is Implied when section 44AD ist time amended that commission agent, broker are not covered by sec.44AD.

Government felt later and made this provision. i think nothing is contraversial.
