Hello, i had filed form GNL-2 for Auditor Appointment for F.Y. 14-15 along with all necessary attachments like ADT-1, Auditors consent letter, notice of AGM, Board Resolution & Letter to Auditor by co. But when the form was filed on 27.10.14, there was no demand for additional fees. But now i have received a message regarding payment of additional fees. Now, i would like to know how & under what option fees is payable on MCA website. please guide me as the last date for re submission is 29.11.14. Thank you.

If form is filed beyond 15 days from the date of the event, additional fee attracts. Calculate the additional fee , pay it through "pay miscellaneous option" , attach the challan as 'optional attachment' and resubmit the form with the mandatory attachments with in the permitted time.
