HI,

I want to change my name. Can any one please tell me what are the procedures for the same.

and how i have to deal with the situations like I will have some of the important documents on my old name. then how i have to prove it that this are of mine.

06 July 2013 First of all you have to engage an advocate then you have to make an affidavit for change in your name then it is to be published in a news paper and then gazet notification is to be issued.
