IN CASE OF ASSET TAKEN ON FINANCE LEASE INPUT SERVICE TAX PAID ON LEASE RENT @10%

WHETHER SUCH LEASE RENT CAN BE ALLOWED AS REFUND OR NOT

PLZ GIVE FULL INFORMATION
