main infosys company ke prefential shares purchase karana chahata hoon. main kaise purchase karunga. please help me .

 Preferential allotment of shares are the shares which the company allot to the specified person may or may not its existing shareholders.

Therefore, allotment of Preferential shares are solely on the discretion of the company.
