Dear all

My Friend and his family is leaving in a building and that has ownership by his grand grand father.

Nw after their grand grand father death, the property are lying with his grand father only...his grand father are 3 brother....

My friend's grand father is living alone in that property for last 30 years and renovated it and made many improvements.

Since now the market value of that property is more than 1 crore.

Nw all of My Friend's Grand Father Brother wants to divide and want their ratio in that property,

Please suggest me ...How my Friend's grand Father is alone get the possession of the property or if it is not possible then what are ratio, in which the property is divide.

You shall have to look in to the relevant sucession act in this matter.. eg: If he is Hindu.. then hindu sucession act..

also you are to examine the existance of any will or gift deeds by the grand father father,, etc.

Dear Hari Ji,

He is Hindu, but where i see in Hindu succession act, is there any particular section.

There is no gift deed,

Please suggest me how i resolve as earlier as possible.
