22 August 2017 Agricultural land was purchased on 17-4-2008 ,and this is converted to non agriculture land on 25-6-2015 and it is sold in PY 16-17 , so how to compute capitl gain
cost of Agriculture land- 820000
sale value of non agriculture land is 2000000
