As iam a Asst MAng in a pvt ltd co., our com.received notice u/s143(1) for the AY 2009-10, that raising demand to pay tax Rs.1.73 lacs, actually we made mystake when filing income tax e-return,depreciation as per it i have taken in another column that the expnd.disallowed in it return, how can rectfy this mystake, whether i can do it online or manually i.e.petition u/s 154.
