23 May 2013 Main objects of Estate Agents Company

1. To carry on business as estate agents and estate managers and to collect rents, repair, look after and manage immovable properties of or for any persons, firms and companies, governments and States, as well as this company, to give, take, let and sublet rent-farming contracts and to carry out, undertake or supervise any building, constructing, altering, improving, demolishing and repairing operations and all other works and operations in connection with immovable estates and properties.

2. To carry on business as house, land and estate agents, and to arrange or undertake the sale, purchase or, advertise for sale or purchase, assist in selling or purchasing and find or introduce purchaser or vendors of and to manage land building and other property whether belonging to the company or not, and to let any portion of any premises for residential, trade or business purposes, or other private or public purposes, and to collect rents, and income and to supply to tenants and occupiers and other refreshment clubs, public halls, messengers, lights, waiting rooms, reading room, meeting rooms, lavatories, laundry conveniences, electric conveniences garages and other advantages.

3. To carry on the trade or business of dealing in and agents for lands, buildings, factories, house, flats and other residential commercial, agricultural and mining properties and construct, maintain and alter residential commercial and industrial plots and properties and give them on lease rent or otherwise.
