I am working in Hotel Industry please clarify the my doubt that is LUXURY TAX APPLICABLE ON SERVICE TAX ?
I found the amendment copy for the purpose of service tax luxury tax has to be Excluded for the taxable value. but they are not clarify the about luxury tax. i request kindly clarify the same
