Llp regisrtation - address for registration (Corporate Law)

For my new LLP registration I have to provide an address. As far as I know I can give my home/flat address as well.

The LLP purpose is to establish an HR consultancy. No big plans yet, so its just me making calls to firms/candidates.

Do I need to take any NOC from my Society?

What if they deny, can i still go ahead with the registration with my flat address?
