Pls help in getting law prepared for exams
I usually understand it but when it comes to learning i don't remember the detailed provisions of companies act.
and also suggest some important topics.
I m in PCC

Hi Saurabh
U purchase a munish bhandari text book and read it, first of all get clarity on each concept. Read the sections with clarity and then read the question given in past exams so that u know how to present an answer in exam. Its enough u can write ur exam without any doubt.
All are important topics boss, if u skip any topic, a question may come frm that.

Prepare ur notes in ur own language and
revise them properly.
Do not leave any chapter.
Complete your scanner fully.
Complete the practical question given in
study material for all numerical subjects.
Never waste your time.
