14 February 2017 I was working in Tata group, company did not confirm my services after probation and not done my appraisal which violates Employee manual policy.

Instead of termination they forced me for resignation.

I want to send them legal notice claiming compensation for damaging my career as even after 6 months I am unemployed.


I want to know impact of my legal notice on my claim as well as on my future job.
It is sure they have unethically forced me out.

14 February 2017 As they have not confirmed your service after probation you can't send any legal notice claiming any compensation. Termination will affect your future so resignation will be the best choice.
Join in another job, legal course is only waste of time you will not succeed
