 Dear Members,

One of my client a Co- op housing society limited having rent income and no business income

Which ITR to be filed.

ITR 5 is for co-op society

But ITR 5 requires business code

But this society is not having any business.

So what to fill.

ITR 5 requires list of members also

This society have around 100 members

So should I fill all 100 name address pan etc.
