As per section 205 c of companies act,company is required to transfer the unclaimed dividend,unclaimed matured deposit and unclaimed matured debentura amount. can anybody please tell me whether company is required to transfer the amount of unclaimed matured tax free bonds amount to investor education & protection fund. please reply me at my e-mail id: ca.ritika88@gmail.com Please reply as soon as posible.
