individual income is 2lacs.working as contract employee. employer deducted tds us 194J @ 10%.Which itR to be filed itR 1 or ITR4.nd if itr 4 is filed. book to be maintained option to be select or not??

wait for the new forms to be issued. the return can be filed under section 44ADA as no-accounts case. But whether it will be covered under ITR_4 or ITR4S is not yet known.
