a director of a private limited company received Rs. 75 lakh from our own company as advance received against sale of property 5 year ago.however there was no sale deed executed between director & company till date, and the company show the same amount in his books of accounts as advance payment against property. what is the impact of the same in any act. (like income tax act, companies act).
