Icwa (inter) changing postal to oral (Students)

Dear Friend,
I registerd to postal course of ICWA (inter) and will be appearing in Dec-2012 exams if I submit the CC Test Papers within 10th of August.

I received the study material 5 days ago and as my company's audit work is going on , I think that I will not be able to write these test papers (3 Subject x 4 sets each) total 12 test papers.

Please inform that can i change my postal course to Oral course, as this will allow me to give the exams in dec-12 direcly without these test papers submission rules.

Please help.
