Hiren Sheth ( Author ) 05 March 2010	Hi Experts, i have small query regarding HRA and housing loan deduction. I have bought house in Vasai (Thane dist) and i am currently residing (on rent) in mumbai and working in Mumbai also. can i claim both HRA and housing loan deductions? Please advise.

CMA.Ramesh Krishnan ( Expert ) 05 March 2010	Agree.if you are staying away from the own house due to employment reasons HRA & Housing interest both can claim
