Dear Experts,
My dad is an trustee for one of the Govt. Registered Welfare Association, located in rural area. The cause is towards the development of rural areas and people leaving there. They are interested to know how and where they can approach in order to get this foreign funds. They also have the required certificate that is essential for getting this foreign funds.
