Dear Experts,

Does any one what is the criteria for listing of shares at NASDAQ Exchanges?

is it necessary to have a office or operations at U.S. after that only you become eligible for listed at NASDAQ.

Kindly help me out at early as early... its urgent...]

the customs duty paid receipt is the base document. Normally some agent is appointed... clearinf and forwarding agent.

in this case you Check the custom duty tariff from custom tariff from below mentioned link:

and taking the bill of entry exchange rate check from the cbec website of concerned month.

also check the custom duty from mentioned correct itc code from tariff :
