I am preparing the final account of a housing society for four years. The problem is that the society got bifurcated on 8th Dec 2008 into two wing wing A and wing B. The bifurcation was done by the deputy registrar. Later the order was challenged by wing A and was set aside Nov10. Fresh election were conducted in Sep 2011 and charge was handed over to the new commitee in November 2011.
Now here the period for which the society was bifurcated, the accounts have been seperately maintained. Consolidation is not a problem but wing B is not ready to submit the accounts because of earlier disputes. They want a seperate society. Then in such a case can the account of the society be prepared with information of Wing A. Pls. advice.
