We have made a freight payment in cash in the following manner:-

date Freight Amt Transporter name
01/12/11 32500 XYZ TPT CO
01/12/11 30500 XYZ TPT Co
01/12/11 32500 XYZ TPT Co

Sir, the VEhcile no mentioned on Gr the Owner of the same is diffrent for this purpose we have taken a Pan of the Vehicle Onwer and Regsiteration Certificate of Vehcile mentioned on Gr of XyZ TPT CO can this Payment is allowable u/s 40A(3) or not kindly suggest the same waiting for your response.
