 Our manufacturing concern has domestic and export sales. While preparing form W can we avail input tax credit on the following purchases:-

1) Vat paid on capital goods - Fixed Asset
2) Vat paid on tools and equipments - Direct Expen
3) Vat paid on consumable items - Direct Expen

Please provide elaborate information
