Respected Sir,
F.Y.:2010-2011, A.Y.:2011-2012
Mr.Anil - Retail Trading Business
Mr.Anil paid Rs.4580.00 Income tax dated 31.03.2012 but unfortunately Mr.Anil not file Income Tax Retune due to Website not working/internet speed problem, So till date Mr.Anil file - his Incometax Retune & pay IT Penalty after filling 31.03.2012.

Same case in TDS format & Nil retune Inceome reduce Rs.160000.

Please Advise me.
