swara sheth says : Completion Of Articleship
my articleship was started on 20th august 2012,and i was taken transfer as on 23rd november 2012 and my second articleship was started on 29th december,2012.so,the gap was 35 days between those days and i mentioned the completion date of articleship in the articleship enrollement form es 24th septmber,2015.so i have doubt about whether period between 19th august 2015(which is completion date according to 1st articleship joining date) to 24th sepetember 2015 is to be considered as extension or what? if it is then should i complete my extension period under principal other than my current principal? or should i take transfer now n for that should i have to get prior approval of institute?

Now my query is, who all are the users of MCA "View Pubic Documents" or say "Inspection of company Records". We also would like to have a rough idea on %share of users for these documents. HARSH KUMAR BHARDWAJ says : Regarding Leave during articleship
1.) I started my training on 1st Oct 2011. Till 29th Jan 2014 I took 82 day of leave out of which 24 are my compensatory off (I worked on Sunday for which I took leave for another day i.e. Monday, Tuesday etc). Please tell me what will be my pending leave at present. 2.) My CA Anil Khanna is against this that 24 day of compensatory leave will not be included in calculating of actual leave taken. I took an expert opinion from CAclubindia and two of the experts said the compensatory off will not be included in calculation of actual leave taken. But my CA Anil Khanna is insisted for this. So what will be the remedies for this? 3.) I told my CA that I need a minimum 3 months of Leave for CA Final Exams may 2014 but he is giving me just 2 months of Leave. It will be difficult for me to prepare myself for exams within 2 months. I want to clear this exam in first attempt. So what will be the remedies for this?
