09 May 2008 One of our clients laible for Tax Audit u/s 44AB paid the TDS by Bank instead of Net Banking so whether he will get the credit of TDS to his account by dept.

09 May 2008 yes credit is available but when net banking service is mandatory you will pay taxes dirctly in to the bank most of the assessee not know the net banking service & have a a/c in net bank
