Kindly guide me for the income tax slab rates for A.Y 2012-13 for the Charitable or Religious Trust by which i can calculate proper liability of tax of the Trust.

Need to understand if an allowance in the form of LIVING EXPENSES reimibursed or paid to an employee while his/her official deputation overseas, in INR attracts TDS or not.
This is apart from regular CTC.
