Till which date can i register for CA final If my Final Attempt is Due In May 2015.???

I was registered for CWA inter in 2003 and finished 50 hrs computer training and wrote the first group in 2004 but couldn't clear. Thereafer I coulnt write the exam and i think my registration expired in 2009.

Now i want to continue CMA inter again. So what are the formalities to be completed to pursue CMA inter again. OR should i go for fresh registration. Please reply.

while submitting form 109 for transfer what happen if termination date differ with the signing date of CA. e.g. if termination date is 03-03-2013 and signing date is 27-03-2013. please reply.

It is written on the instructions that prior consent of institute is required before filling of form 109.

i'm transferring my articleship within limit of 1 year do i too need to get institute informed about my wish to take transfer of articleship?????

Article ship termination and subsequently joined

date of joining articles 27/04/2012.and subsequently terminated on 16/03/2013.and rejoined on 22/04/2013 with another employer so my question is whether attempt will be delay or not?
