what should be the actual date for booking import purchases & export sales?
what rate should be taken for booking the same?
From which source the rate of conversion should be ideally taken in parlance to the standard accounting practices? i.e. RBI, Customs rate, etc.
If forward cover is taken for payment, than whether the rate of the same source of purchase -sales booking should be used for booking foreign exchange gain/loss for the open cover as on the balance sheet date or different source of exchange rate can be taken...?

To whom statutary audit report is to be given, addressee of the audit report in case of a government banking company?????
i saw audit report in news paper
1.Indian Bank---->>report given to the president of india
2.Union bank Of india----->>Report given to The members
Both are public sector banks government undertaking
then why is the difference ???

My partner is having a seperate Proprietorship Firm wherein he is having a statutory audit of a Autonomous govt body which runs a hospital. Now they are looking for Concurrent auditors. He being a partner in my can I undertake the concurrent audit of that Hospital.
