hello,
please clarify regarding the standards on auditing issued which are applicable for nov 2010 exams as well.
i have found certain sa revised where it is written applicable for financial statements for period on or after 1st april 2010.
pls tell me that whether those sa's will be applicable fo nov 2010 exam or not because in nov 2010 exam we will be having financial statements for period 2009-2010

Sir,
i am doing audit of pvt.ltd.company which is associate of listed company having its net worth(paid up capital+reserves)more than 50lakhs.
the said company was incorporated before two years. since incorporation the said company is loss making unit.
but it doesnt satisfies the criteria of sick industrial unit as incorporated just before two years thogh it made cash ( operating) losses in both FY.
pls guide me in connection with any disclosure specially to be made in auditors report to mention above fact.

while doing audit of a trust i have seen that grant received for building has been transferred to corpus fund and amount has also been utilize and still it is standing as corpus fund.
Whether it is right or not?
if not, what is the right treatment?
