Dear Sir,
Please clarify whether we have to pay entry tax on purchase of Generator, Transformer-Capital goods if they are purchased from outside local area and interstate .Also on these we took benefit of input tax considering within state purchase. Otherwise, if we do not classify them under plant & machinery group in B/s , can we avoid payment of entry tax.
