Dear Sir\Madame,
I am a Chartered Accountant in practice with a Sole Prop firm since 5th March 2012. I would like to enquire :
1. Wether i can practice as a sole proprietor in my existing firm Y M & Associates and simultaneously join as a partner in Another firm in the same town i,.e. Gangtok. If yes,What are the procedures\provisions\restrictions related to the same and where can i get the details.
2. Also what are the provisions, if any to joining another CA firm as a Part Time Partner or Sleeping partner side by side practicing in my own proprietorship firm ?
I would be highly obliged if you could kindly guide me on the above matter.
