 notice of AGM should be given b4 how many days of AGM? 7 or 21?

 Generally, equal to or more than 21 days. If articles of associations contains a clause otherwise, short notice can be issued.

 21 CLEAR days notice is required for holding AGM. Clear days means excluding sundays and holidays.

Short notice can be given if agreed by all shareholders in writing.
