can a executive director(other then MD/WTD) get monthly remuneration from two or more than two company.

Yes, their is no restriction on getting remuneration from two companies.

Yes sir, there is no restriction as long as he accounts the same and pays proper income tax to the govt.

is there any restrictions for holding directorship in companies where director is executive director and whole time employee of company.

Yes one can be a whole time director in a Company 'as employee' and also an independent director in another company.
