If you registered in Intermediate (IPC) Course before 30th Sep 2012 then with in 6 months from the day of examination, it is required to submit your graduation document to appear in May 2013 exam.

27 August 2012 Yes, if you provide details of graduation, then you will be eligible to appear in May 2013 exam.

No, then if your result is due in June 2013, then you are not eligible for may 2013, exam. because as on that date you are not graduate. I will suggest you that you can not take provisional register on the basis of exam due on June 2013.
