Hi All, Can anyone help me in calculating the extent of Damages & interest for late payment of ESI. The Client has not deducted any ESI for the past 4 years and is now willing to comply with the laws by paying all the amounts due. The ESI Inspector's view is that Damages is @ 25% for every six months i.e. approx 200% of the ESI.
