13 June 2016 Secretarial Audit is required only in Listed & Public ltd. companies but not in Pvt. ltd co.

13 June 2016 Sr but show 1 pvt company have cs and signed on bor, how it possible u told us not require cs in pvt company

13 June 2016 Sorry,If Paid Up Share Capital of any company(Pub/pvt) is >=5Cr then the co. is required to appoint an Whole time CS.
&
Secretarial Audit is mandatory for:1)All listed Companies
2)Pub. Co. with PUSC>=50CR or turnover>=250Cr.
3)Pvt co. is not required to do Secretarial audit
