19 June 2013 hello sir/madam,

i have a query regarding registration
for e -filing ...one of my close relative
got registered on income tax site of gov..through some one else ...but he does not know his password ...can he once again can get registered on that site.... and how plz advise ....

19 June 2013 Not necessary. you can reset the password by using your last year ITR details and bank account details

19 June 2013 sir i dont knoe how to reset it ...but earlier he filed off line

19 June 2013 Then send mail to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in with the following details
1. PAN
2. Date of birth
3. address per PAN
4. Contact number

u will receive password within 2 to 6 hrs 1.PAN No –
2. Name –
3. DOB-
4. Fathers Name (Individual Only )- 5.Address (For Verification) : (PAN add) u r Mobile No.

i send email on the site u told... they sent the new password... when i m doing login ...they are asking for old password and the new password ...how can i know the old password..plz rply

i have a doubt regarding e filling of return of salary employee... sir agar mein compu tax ke software se phir se registration karke bharna chahun to register ho jayega kya ...agar pehle se site pe register hain lekin compu tax software pe nahi... plz do rply ...
