if my tds has deducted in a.y.2010-2011 and a.y.2011-2012.

so can i get refund of it?

18 June 2013 Now. not possible, for claiming TDS need to fule the Income tax return of yours. but now both the assessment year time is barred for filing the return.so now you cannot get the refund
